Lithium is the metal for cell phone batteries and electric cars. Biggest mine in the world is not producing yet; it is located in Bolivia, South America.
1) specialist reports on the type of ore and volume of the mine: The salt lake SALAR DE UYUNI is the largest in the world http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Salar_de_Uyuni and contains NaCl, KCl, LiCl and MgCl2, borax. Please carefully read the Economic influence section. "Salar de Uyuni is estimated to contain 10 billion tonnes (9.8 billion LT; 11 billion ST) tonnes of salt, of which less than 25,000 tonnes (25,000 LT; 28,000 ST) is extracted annually."
2) government plan on development of the mine: "Despite their poverty, locals believed that the money infused by mining would not reach them. There is currently no mining plant at the site, and the Bolivian government doesn't want to allow exploitation by foreign corporations. Instead, it intends to build its own pilot plant with a modest annual production of 1,200 tonnes (1,200 LT; 1,300 ST) of lithium and to increase it to 30,000 tonnes (30,000 LT; 33,000 ST) tonnes by 2012." The Embassy of Bolivia in Venezuela asserts that they have not reached agreements with anyone yet, but that they wish to start the exploitation and wish to listen to any offer I can provide. For that reason next week I must write a letter addessed to the Ambassador of Bolivia and eventually meet him. I have been conclusively informed that there is no lithium ore in Venezuela. I am lobbying to the Venezuelan mining ministry to see what they could provide as an offer regarding technical or human resources to transfer to Bolivia, considering the very close relationship between Evo Morales and Hugo Chávez.
3) government incentives for investors: It is my burden to concentrate on finding out at the Bolivian Embassy what are both the current government incentives and disincentives for investors. Any plan that includes local factories to be built in Bolivia for batteries or other manufactured products besides just ore extraction will be highly regarded by them. I have made many contacts in the international battery industry during my related research last year and I am capable of negotiating the technology transfer issues between the battery industry and the Bolivian government without much assistance.

Most of my
childhood friends have emigrated, but I am keeping my private school of Cinema
and TV open for business. If I go away now it would be a further contribution to
the deterioration of the Venezuelan economy. Should fresh positive
political and macroeconomic developments occur in the medium run, I would like
to be positioned internationally as someone able to quickly and effectively
direct foreign investment back into this generous land.
A person capable of closing deals, in my opinion, is someone who carefully looks
upon details and tries to understand everyone's point of view. Someone who
follows the steps within the process, who does not rush but does not slow things
down unnecessarily either. This respect for the value of time has helped me out
in selecting good from bad deals. Four (4) major projects are
sought: 1) EXPORTING VENEZUELAN MINERALS AND OIL, 2) SCHOOL OF CINEMA AND
TV OF CARACAS: EXCHANGE STUDENTS AND DEVELOP A RELATIONSHIP WITH THE
INTERNATIONAL FILM INDUSTRY, 3) IMPORTS OF ELECTRICAL PLANTS AND AUTO
PARTS 4) INCREASING FREQUENCY OF ART SALES AND EXHIBITS, 1) EXPORTING
VENEZUELAN MINERALS AND OIL: With the Assistance of the Venezuelan Government
Export Bank BANCOEX, we are locating international customers interested in
securing supplies of Venezuelan minerals and oil. 1a) I am working along with
the Venezuelan Ministry of the People's Power for Basic Industries and Mining to
promote development of Venezuela's untapped mineral mines. We wish to learn
about the technical, engineering and commercial aspects of the mineral trade as
this is relatively unchartered territory for us. Assessment of global demand has
the potential to define whether our mineral reserves will be developped or
not. 1b) PDVSA is seeking to increase exports of petroleum in Asia. The
Orinoco basin contains extra heavy oil for petrochemical production during the
next few decades. I have first degree contacts in upstream PDVSA at oil fields
and within the PDVSA Documentation Center at headquarters in Caracas, who are
always a telephone call or personal visit away. You may read thoroughly all
content on my riverocooper and rroopstr web pages. All that information is my
intellectual property since 2008 and I was pleased to hear president Chávez
confirm my ideas regarding relations with the U.S., sowing oil, export projects,
currency devaluation and African and Asian trade, all of which finally became
official Venezuelan policy in 2010.

2) SCHOOL OF CINEMA AND TV: To rent another floor of the building where we
operate. To purchase video cameras, computers and other state-of-the-art
equipment which would replace our current aging equipment; this is needed for
teaching students the latest technology. To effectively promote the school
internationally for prospective students and to encourage them to learn basic
Spanish in their home countries as a prerequisite for admission. To hire
additional faculty and staff to support significant inflows of foreign students
from India, Nigeria and other countries. 3) IMPORTING ELECTRICAL PLANTS
AND AUTO PARTS: To assist Venezuela residential, commercial and industrial
buildings needing alternate power generation solutions. To assist car repair
shops and spare parts dealers. To convey demand information to suppliers in
China, India and Japan, in order import containers into Venezuela. Time must be
allocated to perform the necessary incorporation paperwork of a Venezuelan
subsidiary branch of Rivero & Cooper, Inc. that would apply for CADIVI
exchange control regime approval for exchanging bolivars into US dollars in
order to pay the suppliers. An office and inventory storage area would be
needed.

4) ART SALES AND EXHIBITS: There is worldwide interest for my pastel drawings
and I have already sold some in local auctions in Caracas, Venezuela since 2005:
17 drawings sized 70cm*100 cm (passe-partout and frame add 10 extra cm of height
and 10 extra cm of width), enough for an immediate exhibit and sale at any
gallery in either Venezuela, Japan, Dubai, Jordan or perhaps your own home
country. I can produce about one drawings per week, that is the frequency I
update my rroopstr global blog. The goal is to exhibit and sell my artwork
immediately at special exhibits we would organize at Venezuelan and
international cities. Exhibits require around 15-20 drawings each. Financing
is needed to buy art materials such as cans of workable fixatif, colors,
cardboard to produce 40 extra drawings, and framing finished artworks. Local
sale price of these drawings is currently in the neighborhood of $900, but with
international exposure and exhibits the sale price should easily increase into
$2000 a piece or above. In order to exhibit abroad, I would count on your
estimation for travel expenses for me and the special handling of the drawings
as they are fragile. I would take care of the organizational aspects with the
international contacts that I am making and other contacts of yours that you
would be eager to suggest. Return on this investment would be higher prices
of my artwork at the international sales, which would result in a high return so
that your company profits from interest and my company increases its equity that
would be reinvested initially in urgently needed staff that I would hire for the
remaining projects. Please let me know if the information above would
enable you to provide application directives for me. What I believe is original
of this suite of projects is that, this one time, Art would actually help me
finance and inspire other business activities. During most of human history it
has actually worked out the opposite way. In addition to my financial position
at the School of Cinema and Television and my Rivero & Cooper, Inc trade
business, I wish to continue allocating time produce further original artwork
that will be appreciated by paying customers who at the moment still do not know
about me. Please keep in touch and read my blogs and see my drawings every once
in a while. I am always updating them.
